Refund Policy

1. Overview

AI Cost Gate Pro access is sold as a one-time digital purchase. The deliverable is access to proprietary software materials, typically through a private GitHub repository or another private delivery channel controlled by us.

Because the delivered materials are proprietary and access can be used immediately once delivery is completed, this Refund Policy focuses on whether delivery was completed and whether the delivered materials were accessed or used.

2. 7-day refund window

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

• Your refund request reaches us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your Creem receipt.
• You have not accepted the GitHub collaborator invitation we sent, or otherwise accessed the private delivery channel or delivered materials.
• You have not copied, redistributed, disclosed to third parties, reverse engineered, or commercially utilized any delivered materials.

If all of these conditions are met, we issue a full refund to the original payment method through Creem. We do not charge a restocking fee.

3. Refunds for delivery failure (extended to 14 days)

We extend the refund window to 14 calendar days if delivery could not be completed for reasons on our side, such as a system error in the delivery workflow or an invitation being sent to the wrong GitHub account because of our own mistake.

We do not extend the window for failures caused by incorrect or unusable information you provided, such as a wrong GitHub username, a suspended account, or disabled invitations. In those cases, we will work with you in good faith to correct the delivery details, but the standard 7-day window still applies.

4. When a refund is not available

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase and delivery was successfully completed.
• You accepted the GitHub collaborator invitation or otherwise accessed the delivered materials.
• You copied, redistributed, disclosed to third parties, reverse engineered, or commercially utilized any delivered materials without our prior written authorization.
• The reason is dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• The request is tied to a chargeback or payment dispute that we are actively contesting in good faith.

5. How to request a refund

Email ACG@aicostgate.com with:

• The email address on your AI Cost Gate account.
• The order / receipt number from Creem.
• A short description of the issue.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and let you know the decision within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Creem. Bank processing may take additional time depending on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Effect of a refund on your access

When a refund is approved, we revoke your GitHub collaborator access or other private delivery access to the proprietary AI Cost Gate materials.

After a refund, you must immediately stop using the delivered materials and delete any local copies, documentation, or related assets you received from us, unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.
