Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device. We use them sparingly on the AI Cost Gate Portal. We do not place advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or social-media tracking cookies on the Portal. Your payment details and private delivery materials are not stored in cookies.
2. The cookies we use
We use two narrow categories of first-party cookies set by AI Cost Gate.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the Portal to function. They keep you signed in, protect form submissions, and help maintain account and checkout sessions. If you block them, the Portal will not work correctly.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember small preferences such as theme and language. They are not required for the Portal to operate, but disabling them means you may need to re-select those preferences on each visit.

4. The Software does not use cookies
The AI Cost Gate Software runs on infrastructure you control. It is a self-hosted application that writes its operational data to your own local database and does not set browser cookies, contact advertising networks, or phone home to us.
Cookies only apply when you visit the Portal or sign in to your AI Cost Gate account.
5. Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and may prevent the Portal from working; blocking functional cookies will generally only reset your theme and language preferences.
If we ever add non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and describe the choices available to you.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this page. We currently use only first-party cookies needed for account, security, and basic preference handling on the Portal.
